His career was shaped in central London with Savills—one of the world’s most prestigious property firms—where he gained invaluable experience and became a full member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Recognised for securing high‑value sales and guiding clients through complex residential and commercial transactions, Orry-James brings deep expertise across Residential Agency, Consultancy and Management. His strategic mindset and results‑driven approach have established him as a trusted leader in premium property.

She draws on a long career in the financial sector, including many years in the Isle of Man Bank’s mortgages team, before moving into senior management within the property industry. Outside of work, Jo enjoys spending time with her horses and walking her dog.

Simon Dixon came to Cowley Groves in 2011 after gaining his degree from the University of Sheffield and has become a very effective agent. His attention to detail is perhaps his strongest asset along with his determination to find buyers week in week out. He, like all good salesmen, knows the value of not giving up and in his time with CG has sold and valued a significant number of homes. Simon is a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents and holds qualifications in the NFoPP Certificate In Sale Of Residential Property and NFoPP Technical Award in Sale of Residential Property.
